The technician’s name was Javaid. He was punctual for the job which was spraying the outside of the property to kill boxelder bugs. I was with him every step of the way explaining to him their hiding places. He was a good listener and sprayed thoroughly to get rid of the infestation. He followed up with a call to find out if the bugs were gone. I appreciated that. He was knowledgeable about his job and answered my questions to my satisfaction. I've been dealing with a very difficult 'invisible' wasp nest situation where the wasps have entered through a hole and made their home behind the drywall in my house.
