I called them for pest control. They are very professional and a good knowledge.

We identified possible mouse activity and called pestend. Maroof was the agent who responded to our call a month ago. He gave us a lot of time to go through the possible entry points of the house and provided intetvention as well as monitoring stations to check their activity in and out of the premise. He came today for a comlementary visit. It is definitely a long time commitment and I recommend Maroof to be the go-to-person to help us break the cycle. He went up the attic, he checked utility room, kitchen and also showed me their activity in the outside base stations. I am so happy with the service that I received from Pestend. Maroof was very thorough in reviewing areas both in and outside the house, in order to assess how bad our “mouse and rat in the house” situation was. In my experience with PestEnd, I would not recommend their service to anyone. They are extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and have a severe LACK of communication. They assured me certain rooms were not being treated, so I put items into that room that I did not want chemicals on/that had to be removed from the treated area and they treated that room anyways. They said the first round of treatment was only going to be heat yet after it was done, they said they used chemicals too. Halfway through the treatment some random car pulled up and a STRANGER walked into my house and becuse I was blocked off from the area being treated, I could not ask who he was and why he was in my home. I asked them if I needed to do anything with my clothes and they said no. Only after the treatment was done did I find that the two random men had gone through all my clothes and personal garmets. I would have dealt with them myself except they told me not to. After the treatment, I have found that my tv was moved and BROKEN during the treatment, despite being unplugged and following their preparation guidelines. The drione dust they used as a treatment (to which they say is safe for animals but the active ingredient, Pyrethrins, is NOT metabolized by cats - don't trust what they say about pet safety, do your own research) left residue throughout the treated area and is still coming out of my walls any time they are knocked.
